We're looking for Gospel-driven people who want to use their gifts in meaningful ways through internships that support biblical discipleship, creative communication, and operational excellence.
Field
Videography
You'll join a local SOLIDA team member on trips to rural villages to capture the heart of our mission, document everyday life in the communities we serve, record Bible course videos and shoot high-quality b-roll.
Ideal: bring your own basic equipment (camera, microphone, tripod, lights).
Memory
Photography
You'll capture high-quality photos during team trips to rural villages, documenting transformed lives, Bible course sessions and the everyday beauty of the places we serve.
Studio
Post-Production
You'll edit a variety of videos, including full course lessons for our online platform, promotional and donor videos, testimonies and other content that expands the reach of biblical discipleship.
Narrative
Marketing & Social
You'll help create engaging content and manage our presence on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, amplifying stories of transformed lives and connecting more people with the mission.
Identity
Graphic Design
You'll design course thumbnails, social media graphics, video title cards, donor reports, infographics and printed resources for rural churches. Every image points people to Jesus.
Platform
Web Development
You'll collaborate closely with our senior software engineer to build and improve both the donor-facing website and the student-facing platform — tools that serve the Church and advance the Gospel.
Context
Research
You'll conduct demographic, linguistic and cultural research to ensure our courses are relevant, contextualized and impactful for the diverse realities of rural Guatemala and Latin America.
Community
Partnership Development
You'll help to create strategic connections with new students in Guatemala as well as partners in the United States.
